Dream Dodgeball® – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants enrolled in Dream Dodgeball® sessions, clubs, camps, and events. By booking a place, parents/carers agree to the following:

 

1. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Payment is required in full to secure a place.

  • Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Dream Dodgeball® reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its discretion.

2. Payment Methods

  • Payments must be made via the approved booking or payment system provided by Dream Dodgeball®.

  • Cash payments are only accepted if explicitly agreed in advance.

3. Refunds & Cancellations (Participant)

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session may be eligible for a credit (not a cash refund), at the discretion of Dream Dodgeball®.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session are non-refundable.

  • Missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or other commitments are non-refundable.

  • Credits issued must be used within 3 months and are non-transferable.

3a. Half-Term & Block Bookings

  • Half-term or block bookings are offered at a discounted rate and are payable in full at the time of booking at the start of each half-term block.

  • Block bookings are non-refundable once the block has commenced.

  • Individual sessions within a block that are missed due to illness, holidays, or other commitments are not refundable and cannot be swapped.

  • If Dream Dodgeball® cancels a session within a block, a replacement session or credit will be offered in line with Section 4.

  • In exceptional circumstances, partial credits may be considered at the discretion of Dream Dodgeball®.

4. Session Cancellations (Dream Dodgeball®)

  • Dream Dodgeball® reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. staff illness, venue issues, extreme weather).

  • In the event of a cancellation by Dream Dodgeball®, parents/carers will be offered:

    • a replacement session or

    • a credit for future use.

  • Refunds will only be considered if no suitable alternative can be provided.

5. Weather Policy

  • Outdoor sessions will run in light rain.

  • Sessions may be cancelled in cases of extreme weather where safety is compromised.

  • Weather-related cancellations by Dream Dodgeball® will follow the policy outlined in Section 4.

6. Behaviour & Conduct

  • All children are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches and other participants.

  • Dream Dodgeball® operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying or unsafe behaviour.

  • Persistent disruptive behaviour may result in removal from a session without refund.

7. Medical & Safeguarding Information

  • Parents/carers must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs at the time of booking.

  • Dream Dodgeball® staff are trained in safeguarding and child protection.

  • Emergency medical treatment will be sought if required. Coaches are First Aid Trained.

8. Injury & Risk Acknowledgement

  • Dodgeball is a physical activity and carries a risk of minor injury.

  • All reasonable steps are taken to ensure sessions are safe and age-appropriate.

  • Dream Dodgeball® cannot be held liable for injuries sustained during normal participation, except where negligence applies.

9. Drop-off & Collection

  • Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring children are dropped off and collected on time.

  • Children will only be released to authorised adults.

  • Late collection may result in additional charges.

10. Photography & Media

  • From time to time, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.

  • Consent will be obtained via the booking form.

  • If consent is not given, this will be respected.

11. Data Protection

  • Personal data is stored securely and used only for administrative and safeguarding purposes.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless legally required.

12. Parties & Event Bookings

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all party and event bookings.

  • The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the event date.

  • If full payment is not received by this deadline, Dream Dodgeball® reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will result in loss of the deposit only.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • In the unlikely event that Dream Dodgeball® needs to cancel a party, a full refund (including deposit) or an alternative date will be offered.

13. Amendments

  • Dream Dodgeball® reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Updated versions will be shared with parents/carers as appropriate.

Dream Dodgeball® Parties

  • To secure your booking, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required. Once received, your party date will be fully confirmed.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event.

  • If full payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking in line with our Terms & Conditions.

  • Please note that by proceeding with the booking, you are agreeing to the Dream Dodgeball® Terms & Conditions, including our party payment and cancellation policy.
